With extensive experience advising car wash operators through every stage of the M&A process — from initial valuation and deal structuring to negotiations and closing — Colton has built a reputation as a trusted partner for owners looking to sell, grow, or partner with institutional capital.

His expertise was further forged through senior corporate development roles at True Blue Car Wash, now owned by Circle K, and Go Car Wash, where he added a combined 72 locations through acquisition. He also spent five years at Service King Collision Repair Centers helping scale the company from 113 to nearly 350 locations — building the analytical rigor and operational discipline that continue to define his approach to every transaction.

In addition to his advisory work, Colton is an active entrepreneur, applying his deal-making expertise to building businesses from the ground up. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from Brigham Young University – Hawaiʻi, and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona.
